Yes, based on the tuition fees of each university, Technical University of Munich (TUM) can be considered cheaper than WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. It is important to note that TUM is a public university and tends to set the lowest tuition fees compared to international universities, where students only pay the semester or an average of €100-€200 per semester. Whereas WHU is a private university though cheap in terms of programme fees, which cost between $13,000 and $40,000 per year. Hence, as can be seen from the table above, it is a lot cheaper to study at TUM than WHU.
