Like most of the universities in Bavaria, Germany, the University of Passau does not charge any tuition fee from international students. However, international students will have to pay administrative charges also known as semester fees in German universities. The semester fee charged by German universities is comparatively very less. The University of Passau is a state university and therefore, it is funded by the state government of Bavaria.
