The University of Passau is one of the finest institutions of higher education in Germany. Relatively it is one of the youngest universities in Germany. The actual cost of living in Germany for international students will vary depending on their lifestyle. The University of Passau does not offer any kind of accommodation or housing on campus. International students are supposed to find a place to stay all by themselves. There are many options for international students to stay off campus such as; shared residences, apartments, and dormitories. Generally, universities in Germany do not offer on campus accommodations for students including international students except in some extraordinary cases.

International students are required to apply through the uni-assists for courses at the University of Passau. International students are required to pay an handling fees for applying through the uni-assist. Check below the handling fees for one application semester;Cost for the first chosen course of study - EUR 75/INR 6,755For each additional chosen course of study - EUR 30/INR 2,702*EUR/INR = 90.08

At the University of Gottingen, for long-term students in general academic programs, the average tuition fee is around 500€ (45,000 INR). Additionally, there are semester fees at the University of Gottingen which include an administration fee of €75.00, a student body fee of €14.00, a studentenwerk fee of €107.00, and a fee for long-term students of €500.00Whereas, the current tuition fee for long-term students at Leipzig University is €500 per semester.
