Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences does not publish official data on the acceptance rate. However, as per some unofficial sources and website, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences acceptance rate is 40%. This makes h_da moderately selectives and somewhat hard to get into for international students. Please note, the data on the acceptance rate given above is taken from an unofficial sources, therefore, it is subject to vary.

The Darmstadt Unviversity of Applied Sciences is one of the best universities of applied sciences in Germany. The university offers over 70 academic programmes across a wide range of subjects. The Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is known for courses such as; Business & Management, Engineering & Architecture, Design, Social Sciences and Computer Sciences.

No, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences does not provide any accommodation or housing options to international students. International students are supposed to arrange for their accommodations themselves. There are plenty of organizations that offer budget friendly and comfortable accommodations to international students in Darmstadt city.

Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) in Germany. Our students learn together in small groups. The university, previously named as 'Fachhochschule Darmstadt', was founded in 1971 from several precursor institutions. The roots of the present day departments of Architecture and Civil Engineering stretch as fas as back as the middle of the 19th century, to the 'Landesbaugewerkschule Darmstadt'. In 2006, the university was renamed Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, or h_da for short.

Both German and English language proficiency is needed to study at Chemnitz University of Technology.
