Hello Vinu,
For admission into BITS Pilani for M.Tech courses you need to appear for GATE rather you need to clear the exam conducted by BITS.

Hi,
Executive MBA is not offered in Goa apart from Goa University.

Yes, you can apply to both. The cut offs are not the same. HCM has profile based selection.
