Yes, no worries. You can still apply with your portfolio which will be reviewed for admission. On the basis of this, the university will send you a conditional offer of acceptance. According to a conditional offer, a student will have to meet the minimum academic requirements, including a minimum grade in the English pre-requisite course, before the set deadline.

Yes you can join with 60% in class 12th marks.Check your eligibility for your preferred course on the official website of the respective college.The minimum required percentage varies for different category of students.For each course the requirements varies.Common required percentage is 45% for any course.
