The admissions process for DA-IICT (Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology) for some programs has already started. The application process for BTech admissions is ongoing. The last date to register and apply is June 17th, 2024. Applications for M.Tech (ICT), MSc (IT/Data Science/Agriculture Analytics), and MDes programs were also ongoing and the deadline was May 20th, 2024.Admissions for PhD programs (Regular & Part-Time) are handled differently. The application process for PhD seems to be open throughout the year based on the information available.

Over the past 3 years, the overall number of B.Tech students placed at SVNIT Surat has improved, according to the institutions's year-by-year placement trends. Furthermore, there has been a variable pattern in the overall count of M.Tech and M.Sc students enrolled in the same time frame.
