Admission to the BSc course at KL University is determined by an entrance exam, and candidates are required to have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Class 12 to be eligible. The KL University provides various specialisations within the BSc programme, allowing candidates to select their preferred course of study. Admission to these programmes is contingent upon successfully passing the university's entrance exam as well as a subsequent written test and interview. Merit score primarily dictates admission, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round.

Actually there's not a clear competation between both the universities because K.L College is one of the best college for B.Tech but on the other hand the ATLAS SkillTech University is known for its Design Courses but the B.Tech of the ATLAS University is also very good and the fees comparison is also available of both the universities on the Shiksha.com's Website which can be easily accessed and rest all the comparison can also be done on the Shiksha.com's Website.

A rank of 2492 will not be high enough to secure a seat in the most sought-after branches or colleges.According to the data of recent years the college does not provide admission with a rank of 2492 in KLEEE exam as last year the cutoff rank was 1200 for admission in the college and was around the same only for the last two years. So according to recent years the rank of 2492 is not enough for admission to the college.
