As per the latest report, the the highest package offered so far during placement 2023 stood at INR 29.74 LPA and was made by Adobe India. Further, the participating recruiters have placed above 240 students of the college in various job roles. Applicants can submit multiple examination scores, and SOIL will consider the best score provided by an applicant while shortlisting applications. According to soil institute of management, a candidate who is interested to join this institute must have minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th. They must also have a bachelor's degree from a recognised institution with at least 50% marks and at least two years of work experience.
