Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS) does not provide a placement cell for MBBS students. Instead, the institute leaves it up to graduates to find employment independently after completing their course. Nevertheless, all students are provided with an internship in the final year of study, whereby they acquire experience and professional networking opportunities in the health care sector. Whereas the absence of a formal placement cell requires a student to search for job opportunities himself, opportunities through internships can dramatically improve their chances of employability.

No, direct admission to Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, is not permitted for the MBBS course. It's purely based on NEET UG scores, and further counseling is done by the Haryana State Government. Candidates for MD/MS postgraduate courses need to pass NEET PG. The institute follows a highly merit-based admission process, and there is no single direct entry option to the medical programs. Even if management quota seats are available, these too need NEET qualification.
