I think you have bad Marks in JEE, then you will also not be getting any Government Colleges. You should try for other private colleges. Yes, you may get. You have a fair chances of getting a seat in IIT just wait for counseling procedure that is CCMT but I have doubt that whether this IIT offer this course in which you want to take the admission since many other IIT too offered this course but this IIT does't because last year also this IIT did not release the cutoff for power electronic. So I suggest you take just verify whether the course is available in the IIT or not. Also check other IIT like Delhi, Bombay this might offer seat in power electronic.

The Admission Process for this course requires its applicants to register and apply online/offline with required information.
Step 2 includes Merit Screening, where admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam.
Eligibility for admission includes:
1) Candidate should have completed their graduation with a minimum of 55% marks. Subjects for graduation include B.Sc Nursing /B.Sc Hons. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
2) Candidate should have minimum 12 month work experience.
M.Sc nursing entrance exam dates in Eternal University is not available, and you might have to contact college author
