The course M. Sc can be availed at Sri Sai University (SSU). in Zoology, which allowed the candidates to apply for M. Phil programme only if they had relevant undergraduate degree with not less than 50% marks. Originally, admission to the institution is done based on scores of the qualifying examination, and this has been replaced by merit. The minimum eligibility criteria for BTech at Jaypee University of Information Technology is Class 12 with a minimum 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects. The selection criteria for the course is entrance-based and the University accepts JEE Main scores to shortlist candidates for admission followed by a counselling round. The official cutoff related information is not released by the University on its official website. The total seats offered for B.E. / B.Tech at UPES (Admission Office) and Jaypee University of Information Technology are 1320 and 270, respectively. While UPES (Admission Office) offers this course in 31 specialisations, Jaypee University of Information Technology offers the same in 5 specialisations. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at UPES (Admission Office) due to higher seats.

While, the Median package offered by Jaypee University of Information Technology after completion of B.E. / B.Tech is INR 600,000.
