It has a three-year duration. The following are prerequisites for eligibility: In biology or biotechnology, or in 10+2 (English, Chemistry, and Math), get at least 60% of the attainable points.                                                        Upon finishing the tenth grade or its equivalent, get a two-year MLT Diploma with a cumulative 60%.For candidates who have not taken English as a subject, the English requirement may be removed if they completed their qualifying exam using English as their medium of instruction.

It's been a goal of mine, and now that I'm here, I can say it's been worth it.Chandigarh University has a really great Interior Design program. The teachers are super helpful and know a lot about the subject. They teach not just theory but also how to apply it in real life. We get a lot of opportunities to work on projects, and there are workshops that help you learn better. Plus, there are labs where we can try out different design tools and software, which is really important for Interior Design.The best things which I personally liked the most are:Industrial Visits: Visits to leading design exhibitions like INT-EXT EXPO and furniture stores like HATIL provide insights into current trends and market demands.Workshops: Regular workshops, such as those focused on sustainable materials and space design, are held by industry leaders and experienced professionals.Modern Labs: The programme is supported by advanced labs and state-of-the-art facilities, including software like AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Sketchup.There are also diverse electives available, such as Product Design, UI/UX Design, Exhibition Design, Furniture Design, and Retail Space Design, which help broaden our understanding and skills in the field.One of the best things about CU is the placements.
