Himachal Pradesh University maintains 13 hostels: 4 for boys and 9 for girls. These provide accommodations to approx. 972 girls and 567 boys students. All hostels have facilities of mess, internet connectivity through Wi-Fi and LAN, common room equipped with LED TV, current magazines, newspapers and Indoor games. Each hostel has a warden and office staff who are responsible for its smooth functioning and to carry out routine activities. Besides, all hostels are under CCTV surveillance 24x7.

IIT Mandi JEE Advanced Cutoff 2023: For applicants seeking admission to BTech, BArch, and BPan courses, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority conducts JoSAA Counselling. Candidates who pass the JEE Advanced 2023 exam are invited to the IIT JoSAA Counselling in 2023. Up to six rounds of JoSAA Counselling 2023 were held. IIT Mandi - Indian Institute of Technology released 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs are released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs are based on the following factors:The JEE Advanced score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the courseCandidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 3834 and closing rank was 4089. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 1333 and 8467. Admission to B.Tech. in Data Science and Engineering in IIT Mandi - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

Candidates seeking admission to the BTech must appear for JEE Main in order to be eligible for further admission process. JEE Main Round 6, has been released for admission to the BTech courses.
