A total of six departments are there at HPU and these include Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Electronics and Communication, Department of Computer Science Engineering, Department of Information Technology, Department of Electrical Engineering, and Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities.

HPU offers scholarships as financial aid based on Economically backward category to students who belong to categories such as BPL for continuing their higher education.
