Yes, you can get a seat in biomedical engineering through lateral entry in GJUST.
Admission to Lateral Entry to 2nd YEAR of B.Tech shall be made through Online Entrance Test to be conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society, Panchkula.

The chances of campus placement after completing B. Tech in Food Technology from Guru Jambeshwar University is very less GJU does not work to improve their placement, it would be good if you choose some other university for B. Tech in food tech. In terms of academics, UIET-Kurukshetra is better than GJU. In terms of placement, both universities have not satisfactory results.
