You have low score in your JEE mains so it will be difficult to get into IIEST, Shibpur but you can apply for some prestigious private institutions in India based on your marks in board exams. Hi Naaz,
There are lot of branches offered under B.E / B.Tech in IIEST and the eligibility may vary branch to branch. Hence, I would request you to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
