Hi Laxman,
To study Bachelor's degree anywhere in the world, it is very important that you pass 10+2. And yes, of course, the 10th and 10+2 marks matter and they could be the only thing that can matter. But different universities have different requirements. Some universities are more competitive and some are less competitive. Check University of Naples, Scuola Politecnica di Design SPD and also check this:

Dear Razi, if you are considering Italy then Universita Bocconi, ESCP Europe, MIP School.of Management are better options though Rome Business School is also known in Italy. I wonder if you are eligible without a work experience.
