Suresh Gyan Vihar University would be a good choice to do a Ph.D., specially for working professionals. They offer part-time courses and, more importantly, some courses are online, so it becomes easy to manage work along with studies. Plus, it is a UGC-approved university, which means the degree value is there. They have a lot of fields one can get into, which is great; however, do make sure to check the faculty and resources in your area of interest before you make up your mind. Perhaps chat with a few current or former students to get an even better picture. All in all, it's worth considering if flexibility is a priority for you!
