JVWU conducts Joint National Entrance Examination for admission to various UG, PG and Diploma courses. The exam is held in online mode usually in May. JNEE question paper includes a total of 100 objective type questions (20 G.K. Questions and 80 subject related aptitude Questions) which is to be performed in 1 hours 30 minutes. Besides, admission in BAMS and BHMS programme is through NEET.

JVWU admissions are offered through four modes. One is through direct admission based on the merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Others is via University Entrance cum Scholarship Exam (JNEE) or scholarship exam. Aspirants can also get admission via Management Quota. Candidates applying via Management Quota are evaluated based on past academic records of the candidates.

The application fee is INR 1,000 and INR 3,000 for research courses. Candidates may apply for one or more programmes by submitting separate application form along with the registration fee. Aspirants can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes or through DD or in Cheque/ Cash.

Offline form is attached with prospectus. Candidates can send the dully filled application form along with the registration fee online or dend DD/ Cheque in favor of 'Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University' payable at Jaipur to University Campus address via speed post only or submit by Cash at University Campus.

Direct merit-based admission is one of the options to get a seat in Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University courses. Candidate must have appeared Class 10/ Class 12 or graduation examination from a recognised board or university recognised score card percentile to get direct admission. Aspirants need to check if there course is available for direct admission before applying.

MAT is a Management entrance exam accepted for MBA admission. However, JVWU offers admission to MBA courses based on direct merit-based for most of the MBA specialisations. The admission is through JNEE or Joint National Entrance Exam conducted by JVWU for MBA Rural Entrepreneurship. Aspirants can also get admission in MBA through Management Quota for which past academic records are evaluated.
