It really depends on Individual experience but in my opinion both are great private University to get a Diploma in Engineering and Management stream. You can compare them in Shikha website universities comparison option. I believe the previous examination aggregate requirements for ICFAI Jaipur (50%) is slightly lower than UEM Jaipur (60%) but the cost is slightly Higher (~10%) in ICFAI Jaipur. In the IIRF ranking for best private universities in India the UEM Jaipur ranks at 142, while the ICFAI Jaipur has a much more impressive position at 33 position. Yes, JEC allows lateral entry to the BTech course. The eligibility for BTech lateral entry is mentioned below:CoursesEligibilityBTech lateral entryCandidates having a Diploma can take admission in the 2nd year as per government norms. These will be filled by Government admission coordination committee via centralised counseling after receiving the applications. 20% seats in addition to the total number of seats are available in each discipline.
