Yes, you can take direct admission in the college if you clear the cutoff. You don't have to go with any GDPI. After clearing the cutoff you get the admission offer from the college and within few days you have to pay full year fees in one installment to confirm your seat.

MBA is a two-year course offered in 20+ specialisations, namely General, Agribusiness Management, Rural Management, Supply Chain Management, Event Management, etc. Candidates who have passed bachelor's degree of a minimum of 3 years with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) can apply for the MBA course.

Admission to MBA course is based on NIMSEE score. NIMSEE is a national level entrance exam which is conducted once a year and the mode of the entrance exam is offline i.e. pen and paper test. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The total tuition fee of MBA at NIMS University is INR 4 lakh. This is the tuition fee for two years. Candidates are required to pay the course fee for the first year after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.
