IK Gujral University follows a fee refund policy in case of cancellation of admission. In case a student withdraws his/ her seat before the start of the course, his/ her total fee isrefunded after deduction of INR 1,000 only.In case a student surrenders his/ her seat after the beginning of the course and before /on last date of admission to that course, he/she get fee with proportionate deduction oftotal monthly fee (full fee including development and other charges) and proportionate total hostel rent (all charges).In case a student withdraws his /her seat after the last date of admission to that course, he /she does not get any refund
