Hello Mehanaz,
If you are from Kashmir, then Srinagar becomes home state NIT. Percentile required will be higher. But, then you have obtained a very good percentile. I feel you should be able to get admission without any hassle. NIT is the great choice, thus for Mechanical from NIT-Bhopal will be great Choice if you are a gadget loving guy and love to play with tools whereas if you want to work with software company in the country you should go for CSE in NIT as CSE enables you to join in the field of technology in Computer and can land up in the jobs like TCS, Cognizant.
