The University has disclosed the course-wise median package in the NIRF report 2022. The median package offered to UG (4-year) and PG (2-year) students during the 2021 drive was INR 5.34 LPA and INR 8.46 LPA, respectively. From 2019 to 2021, an improving trend was recorded in the median package of UG and PG courses. The placement report for the 2023 or 2022 batch is not out yet. However, the NIRF report 2022 has been released, incorporating the 2021 placement data. As per the report, 153 UGT (4-year) and 113 PG (2-year) students were placed and the highest median package stood at INR 8.46 LPA. The degree from Central University of Kashmir is valid everywhere in India . Central University of Kashmir (formerly known as the Central University of Jammu and Kashmir) was established in March 2009 with the appointment and joining of Prof. Abdul Wahid Qureshi, a noted academician and the former Vice Chancellor of University of Kashmir, as the First Vice Chancellor. The administrative office setup at 101, Baghi-Hyder, Hyderpora in May 2009 started functioning with a skelton staff engaged on deputation/ contract basis.

It's not an objective question I prefer you to go through both websites and then make the choice. Moreover, I can suggest you according to data by NIRF, SMVDU has been ranked 16th in Architecture category and 101 in Engineering category where as SLIET rank 151 in its Engineering category.

According to the information available on Shiksha.com, the total fees for a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University is INR 3.60 lakh (for 3 years), while the fee for a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) is INR 2,67,000 for the duration of 4 years. Therefore, SLIET is less expensive than Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University.

I think both SLIET and SMVDU are reputed institutes for B.Tech in India.SMVDU is better than SLIET for placement and facilitiesThe package range of SLIET is INR 4 TO 19 Lakh.The package offered at SMVDU is INR 4.5 to 25 Lakh.The growth rate offered at SMVDU roughly 30%, 10% is SLIET.
