XLRI Jamshedpur Course Phase 1 Phase 2PGDM (BM), Part-Time (JSR) Candidates must either clear the XAT test or provide valid scores from other recognised MBA entrance exams. Those who meet the XAT cutoff, are eligible to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) round of XLRI admission. Step 3: Shortlisting of Candidates for GD & PIBased on the information available in the application form and XAT scores, XLRI will shortlist the candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interview round. Apart from XAT scores and screening of applications, XLRI also considers relevant work experience, academic background extracurricular activities while preparing the final list. Step 4: Announcement of Final Merit List & Admission ConfirmationBased on XAT scores, GD & PI performance and other parameters, XLRI will release the merit list of selected students for final admission. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list are then required to pay the admission fee before the given timeline to confirm their admission.
