Direct admission to B.Tech in Information Technology at VBSPU is not granted. Admission through entrance exams - JEE Main, PUCAT, UPCET would be on the basis of valid scores achieved by applicants. Class 12 appeared with a minimum of 50% marks in Maths and Physics and one additional subject. If seats are left unfilled after the counseling of the entrance exam, VBSPU may consider direct admissions based on merit. Interested candidates must check the official website of the university regularly for updates on the admission process.

Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology (CSAUK) and VBSPU Jaunpur are among the popular colleges for purusing BSc. The range of BSc fee at CSAUK is INR 69,000 - INR 92,000. On the other hand, the range of fee for BSc at VBSPU Jaunpur INR 30,000 - INR 90,000. The exact amount depends on the choice of specialisation. Hi,I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University - PIT BATALA provides 60 - 70% placement.The University has not released the 2024 placement data. However, the NIRF report 2024 is out for Engineering and Management. As per the report, 117 BTech and 2 MBA students were placed during IK Gujral Punjab Technical University placements in 2023. The median package for BTech stood at INR 5 LPA. For MBA courses, the median package stood at INR 2.64 LPA. The University has released the list of recruiters who participated during IKGPTU placements 2023 including TCS, HDFC Bank, Decathlon, Infosys, and many others.Thanks

Gujral Punjab Technical University - PIT Batala: It is considered to be one of the top 10 technical institutions in Punjab and is the state government college providing quality education, excellent campus facilities along with providing strong placement support. Its focus on technical programs, plus its impressive placement records with top companies like Infosys and TCS recruiting from here, make it a decent college choice for students. It is not necessarily the best, but pretty solid within the realms of state higher education institutions.

I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University - PIT Batala has good placements for its students of B.Tech. The university is providing quality education and, amongst the courses, B.Tech is one of the most pursued courses in terms of both education and placements. According to earlier records, the top companies used to recruit students such as Bajaj Allianz, Infosys, Indiamart, L&T, HDFC Bank, TCS, etc. The average placement package for B.Tech graduates is - 8 LPA. The highest packages -16 LPA. This university has a strong placement cell that promises good scope for the students.
