Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:The JEE Main score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the courseCandidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra other than General category are 92,795 for SC category, 1,33,555 for ST category, 26,180 for EWS category, 4,22,057 for the PWD category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India or Home State quota. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

For 2022, Birla Institute of Technology Mesra cut off was 18,880 for the General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering specialisation. BIT Mesra B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant. The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, the opening rank was 13,591. These cut offs are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. The opening and closing rank of BIT Mesra BTech in Artifical Intelligence and Machine Learning depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under All India, the opening rank was 14,906 and closing rank was 23,029. BITS Mesra cut offs are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
