It is the one of the topmost college and also the studies are also very good. According to me is a good college for cse.Also there are lot of opportunities that are being offered in this college.The placements are also very good.

RTU (Rajasthan Technical University) is a university in Kota. There are many government colleges in RTU or in different cities of Rajasthan such as Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Jodhpur, Bikaner & many more. My advise for you is that you should 1st clear your mind about colleges in which you are willing to take admission.

IIT Jodhpur comes under new IIT, so better not to think of good placement. You can expect maximum of 15 Lacs that may be for CSE or ECE. Mechanical very hard for placement wise, even in top NITs. So, better to go for electrical.

It all depends on your field of interest, if you love to create new electronics applications then take ECE in IIT-Dhanbad, and if you love to programming, then take CSE in IIT-Jodhpur.
