By considering your percentile in JEE Mains and category, you have quite tough call to get a seat at MBM Jodhpur with CSE branch. Actually MBM Engineering College (MBM), or Mugniram Bangur Memorial Engineering College, Jodhpur, Rajasthan was established on 15th August 1951. In this prestigious college, admission are on the basis of JEE Mains score and you need to be at least 90 percentile for a CSE branch. So, you have less chances to get seat in CSE in this college.

Yes, you can get CSE branch in MBM Jodhpur with your 82.20% in class 12th and 57.8 percentile required in JEE Mains with EWS category.Candidates who have appeared and cleared 10 + 2 level or intermediate examination with minimum 75% from a recognised board can apply for admission.MBM Jodhpur offers admission to CSE branch on the basis of JEE Main scores. If your son has 79% in his 12 th class, he is eligible to apply for Btech in Computer science engineering at MBM engineering college. The minimum 12th score to apply at this Institute is 75% along with the JEE mains score. There is no information available related to the current year as well as the previous year cutoffs of JEE mains. So we also cannot perform any prediction based on your son's score, as no previous data is available. It can only be said your son is eligible to apply. To secure a seat in the Mining Engineering branch at MBM Engineering College or CTAE Udaipur with a rank of 214000 in JEE Main is highly unlikely. With the rank of 214000 in JEE Mains, securing a seat in a government college for any engineering branch, including Mining Engineering, is challenging.
