No, applying for Catholic University of Leuven admissions is not free for international students. All overseas applicants are required to pay a sum of EUR 90 = INR 8,062* as the KU Leuven application fee. Additionally, applicants must also submit the proof of payment of application fee (bank transfer or credit card) while submitting their application.
