Yes, you can but I'll suggest you to go for M.Tech instead of M.Sc physics at IIT Kanpur.

Firstly, PSIT, PSIT COE and PSIT CHE are part of same college offering different courses.
PSIT and PSIT COE offers technical courses.
PSIT CHE stands for College Of Higher Education.
Talking about seats, there are adequate amount of seats for MBA around 100-120.

Pursuing regular M.com after 6 years of B.Com can be little difficult as you may not fulfill the age criteria, distance M.Com may not be an issue.
