The eligibility criteria for online B.Com is bare minimum at Alagappa University. You just need to have a valid certificate for passing the 10+2 examination. Just ensure that when you are submitting your passing certificate, it has been copy attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Students must score at least 40% out of 25/15 marks (i.e.10/6 marks) in Theory papers. Even for practical exams held by Alagappa University for select subjects, the student has to score 40% out of 40/10 marks (i.e. 16/4 marks).

Alagappa University is autonomous. It has the Category-1 autonomous status from India’s statutory body, MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development). The university received it in 2018. A Category-1 autonomous status means that a university can create its own courses or curricula across all levels, starting from undergraduate to PhD programmes.
