According to Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science, it is the only engineering college in Karimnagar with an NAAC "A" Grade and NBA Accreditation. Three Polytechnic degrees are available from the college:
1. Computer Engineering (CME)
2. Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
3. Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
The fee for all Diploma courses is Rs. 14,900 per annum. Admission to these courses is done on the basis of the Common Entrance Examination for Admission into Polytechnics (CEEP) score. The fee structure at Trinity Degree College, Karimnagar for B.com in computer applications is around INR 40k annually so for full course duration, the fees would be around INR 1.2lakh
