its better to write pessat or comedk,rather than kcet.
kcet is best for govt and some private engg colleges,But if u want seat in pes or dsu or any colleges of that standards u need to try thier entrance exams(pessat or dsat).

Mass communication at Manipal University is very good. As your score is good enough to take admission in Manipal, so you should go for it. Campus infrastructure and placement are very good.
