Bihar Institute of Technology was the previous name of BIT Sindri. It is a well-known technical college in Jharkhand. It was started back in 1949. Engineering-related UG and PG programmes, including BTech and M.Tech, are offered by BIT. Additionally, a Ph.D. is an option. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is the best branch at BIT Sindri because BIT is well-known for its main engineering streams. The minimum eligibility criteria for postgraduate courses admission is a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant specialisation from a recognised university or organisation. Candidate should have the UG degree and mark sheets as well. These are required during form filling and at the time of admission.
