The University has released combined placement details for UG (3 years) courses. During 2022 placements, the median package for UG (3 years) courses stood at INR 3.30 LPA. In 2021, the median package offered was INR 3 LPA. Over the past three years (2020 to 2022), an improving trend was observed in the median package of UG (3 years) courses.

In 2022, Sikkim University offered undergraduate students a median placement package of INR 5.40 LPA. Postgraduate (2 years) students received INR 3 LPA, while Postgraduate (3 years) students received INR 6 LPA. Previously, the median packages for UG (3 years), PG (2 years), and PG (3 years) courses were INR 4.20 LPA, INR 2.40 LPA, and INR 2.40 LPA, respectively.
