The last date to apply for admission to the BCom course of SJCC varies every year. To get an admission at SJCC, candidates have to submit their applications on the CAP portal available on the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU). This is because SJCC is affiliated with MGU. In 2024, MGU started accepting application for CAP on May 15, 2024, and continued till the first week of July. The last date to apply on the official website of SJCC for admission under the management quota has not been specified by the college yet.

Yes, SJCC has a dedicated placement cell to provide employment opportunities to its students. The college's career placement office facilitates visits from several multinational companies. Some of these companies are Infosys, TCS, Atees Infomedia Pvt Ltd, Karikku, AsiaNet News, Hexagon Hyderabad, Times of India, etc. As per the NIRF report 2024 released by St. Joseph College of Communication (SJCC), the median package offered during UG 3-year and PG 2-year placements in 2023 stood at INR 3.09 LPA and INR 3 LPA, respectively.
