As per last update,   the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is not universally compulsory for admission to Mahatma Gandhi University (MG University). The university also conducts an in-house entrance examination, which is the Mahatma Gandhi University Common Admission Test (MGU CAT). It is conducted for admissions to various PG programmes offered by the University such as MSc, MA, Master of Tourism and Travel Management, LLM and M.Ed.Admission requirements vary by program. Generally, undergraduate admissions are based on merit, determined by marks obtained in the qualifying examination (typically 12th grade or equivalent). However, for certain programs, entrance tests conducted by the university itself or other standardized tests might be required.

Eligibility:You must possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution with a minimum of:60% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.0/10) for General/General-EWS/OBC-NCL categories.55% aggregate marks (or CGPA 5.5/10) for SC/ST/PwD categories.The primary selection criterion is a valid score in the CAT exam conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management.Selection Process:Based on your CAT score, NIT Calicut shortlists candidates for the next stage.Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview to assess their communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the program.The final selection is based on a combined score of your CAT score and performance in the PI. 

The two-year full-time MBA or Postgraduate Programme (PGP) is offered by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode. In 2022, NIRF gave it a "5" ranking in the management category. In addition to the main PGP course, the course is offered in several specializations, such as finance, liberal studies and management, and business leadership. These courses have entry requirements.
