If a student decides to withdraw their admission before the commencement of the academic session by giving 15 days or more notice, they will receive a refund of 100% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit. However, an amount not more than 5% of the fees (subject to a maximum of INR 5000) will be deducted as processing charges. If a student withdraws their admission less than 15 days prior to the commencement of the academic session, they will receive a refund of 90% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit. If a student withdraws their admission up to 15 days after the commencement of the academic session, they will receive a refund of 80% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit. If a student withdraws their admission between 16-30 days after the commencement of the academic session, they will receive a refund of 50% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit.However, if a student withdraws their admission on or after 30 days of the commencement of the academic session, they will not receive any refund of the semester fees except for the Security Deposit.
