CUSAT conducts CAT (Common Admission Test) for admissions to programmes like Law, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Marine Sciences, Humanities, Science, Medical Sciences & Technology, and Social Sciences and Technology. CUSAT CAT is a computer-based test. The multiple-choice questions (MCQs) are asked in the exam. Candidates can take this test by applying online through the university website. Almost 50% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college were Amarai, Milky Mist, Milma, etc. Roles offered were technical superintendent, quality analyst, etc.
