Presidency University is a better choice among the two because Nagarjuna College is affiliated to VTU. The syllabus of VTU is dated and doesn't teach you anything new which also has a lack of practical knowledge just like its theory syllabus. Also, the college is small and the amenities are not up to the mark. Whereas, Presidency University has a huge 65-acre campus with 13 labs, 5 computer labs, 1 two storey food court, 1 cafeteria, 1 two storey library and indoor and outdoor games facilities. The fee structure for the MBA progam in the folowing college is:
Course, Duration and Fee Structure:
Master of Business Administration [MBA] 2-year and INR 1,00,000.
The rank you need to score in PG CET is below 5000 then you will have good options.

If you are from general category, then you have to score at least 50% in PCM group to get admission in any engineering college. I think you disqualify from the criteria. I am sorry to say but you are not eligible for engineering. There might be chances to qualify for engineering if you belong from SC/OBC or any other reserved category, as the percentage required for this category is 45%.
Best of luck for your future.

Yes, admission for sastra is 70% through JEE Mains + boards and rest 30% is from board merit. Moreover, for the 70% admissions, 75% are your JEE Mains marks weightage and 25% are your board marks weightage. Hence you are likely to get admissions with your better performance in Boards. Best of luck.
