Admission to BTech course at KIT College of Engineering is completely entrance-based. Candidates either need to qualify for either MHT CET or JEE Main entrance exams. Moreover, candidates who qualify any one of the exam can participate in the CET counselling process for the final seat allotment.

No, direct admission is not valid for M.Tech at KIT College of Engineering. Candidates need to appear and qualify for GATE entrance exam in order to secure a seat to the programme. They also need to fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements of the programme, i.e., Pass graduation in Engineering/Technology (4 years after Class 12 or 3 years after BSc/ Diploma in Engineering/Technology).

The admissions for B.Tech in D.K.T.E. Society's Textile and Engineering Institute were made with the conductance of MHT CET 2024 from April 16 to April 30, 2024, with a scheduled date on May 2, 2024. The result of this examination is usually announced within 2-3 weeks from the date of conducting the exam. The result falls typically from mid-May to June. As for the validity of the MHT CET scores, it is valid for one year. The college offers undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses, including B.Tech and M.Tech, along with their cutoff percentiles varying between 63.08% and 92.54%.

Online Application Form with an application fee of INR 500. Uploading 10th, and 12th marks sheets, and entrance exam scores. Verification process through scheduled centers. Counseling through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) during July-August. Admissions are confirmed after paying first-year fees of INR 1,19,000. In total, 95% of admissions are made through MHT CET while 5% are done through management quota.
