The cutoff for B.Tech in computer engineering at ICOER (imperial college of engineering and research) may vary each year based on several factors such as the number of applicants, the number of available seats, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, etc. however, here is the tentative cutoff for B.Tech in computer engineering at ICOER based on the previous year's cutoffs:
general category: 85-90 marks
OBC category: 70-80 marks
SC/ST category: 45-55 marks
Please note that the actual cutoffs may vary, and these are just tentative cutoffs based on the previous year's trends.

The College Cut-off is the minimum mark prescribed by the selection board for the admission of students. A merit list will be designed on these Cutoff scores. Aspirants who apply for the Institute need to clear the Cutoff for various courses. Aspirants must obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in the NEET 2023 entrance examination to qualify for further admission. Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC must obtain marks equivalent to at least 40thpercentile to be considered for AIQ and state counselling process. Aspirants who belong to the your category are required to score equivalent to at least 50thpercentile.

I think you need to go in AMC engineering college because
Never Select Sairam. I never wanted to study in this college but my parents forced me to join here. There are a few good things in Sairam. It has some of the best faculty members, an okay lab maintenance. The bad things cannot be listed fully, Ill tell the important ones. Campus Incharge Balu and his Goons going by the name FS. * Rules
NO Talking between boys and girls
No electronics allowed even in buses. Buses are compulsory even if you can come by walk. Too Strict Formal Dress Code if even a small stripe is found, it must be changed. Barber shop inside the campus and if Haircut

In KEAM OBC category is split into various sub-categories like Ezhava, Muslim, Deevara, Other Backward Hindus and so on. So first check your subcategory. And last year the cutoff for general category was (606) so most probably you will get CSE at CET under reservation. Please check last year cutoff for more details. In case if you do not get allotted at CET, go for spot admission, if there is any seat available under your category (or in general category too). .
