Yes, the students are provided coaching by prominent and experienced persons to enable them to acquaint to the current corporate requirements, to improve their skills like Personality Development, CV Writing, Communication Skills, Aptitude Tests, Interview Technique, Group Discussions, Technical and Personal Interviews. The soft skills training is mandatory for all the students.

Yes, the institute has a Training and Placement Cell, connecting corporate and education, by training the students and helping them get placed into reputed industries. With 150+ faculty strength, RERF has around 19 PhD holders as part of the faculty panel. Apart from this, faculty members have various other qualifications such as MA, MTech, MSc, MBA and others. These faculty members have been experts in their respective fields, providing industry-centric curriculum and facilitate students through various tie-ups and collaborations.

RERF Regent Education and Research Foundation faculty comprises of teaching, non-teaching and other teaching staff members. With strength of around 180 faculty members within 8 departments, the Institute consists of members with a work experience of 2 years to 15 years in the respective profession. Moreover, the members are segregated within the designations of assistant professor, associate professor and professors.
