Hi Rakesh, given the fact that you have scores in 70s in class X and XII, this might act as a deterrence for getting calls from IIM despite 3 years of work experience. But, that can be compensated, if you have a great cat score (more than 99 percentile).

Though it is difficult to predict the chances of getting calls from them since not only marks and percentages, but the overall background and CAT score matters here. I have seen 85 percentile getting call from IIMs and 95 didn't. So, your profile also matters a lot. Even after getting call you have to face GD What and PI as well. So, please don't expect IIM to call you below 92 percentile. Good luck.
