Yes, you're eligible for both universities. Your +2 percentage is good. But both of these universities select candidates on the basis of entrance exam and personal interviews. So, you'll have to prepare for that too. As you have scored 92.3, you are eligible to take admission in this college. But for that you need to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly. You must wait till the last round of the counselling process. You should select middle and lower order nits like nit patna, nit Jalandhar, nit jamshedpur, nit Durgapur etc.
