KGMU admission process starts with an online application process. For admission to courses such as MBBS, BDS, DM, etc., candidates are selected based on national-level entrance exams such as NEET UG, NEET PG, NEET SS, etc. The application process for these courses must be submitted on the official website of NTA or the respective entrance exam. While, for some courses for which the application must be submitted on the official website of KGMU such as BSc.

The fee refund policy of IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Lucknow is as per AICTE rules. The institute refunds all the deposited amount by the student who wish to withdraw on or before the date of commencement of classes after deducting a processing fee of INR 1,000.However, if a students registers for the course, and then withdraws within one month of commencement of classes, even without joining the classes, then the institute refund an amount of fee paid after deducting the registration charges plus one month pro-rata equivalent of tuition fee. No fee reund is made after one month of commencement of classes.
