The last year opening and closing ranks at REC were 62745 and 99523 respectively in CS. Hence, you have to score a minimum 90 percentile in JEE main April-2020. While for Electrical JEE Main percentile above 76 is good enough.

Both will not be good option, you can opt NMIMS or SGVU or IGNOU.

Normally speaking, process of lateral admission begins after declaration of results of diploma in engineering in the state of MP. Also this process begins normally after completion of admission process of engineering colleges for 1st year has been completed. No, you cannot get a fair admission in the college based on your 12 marks. Either you appear for the JEE main exam or else appear for their entrance exam if they hold any or else you can take lateral entry.
