The overall cost of the academic programme at AIMST University, which includes housing, meals, and tuition, is between RM 300,000 and RM 650,000. The Uiversity of Kuala Lumpur cost is in between 15000 MYR to 22000 MYR. Thus it can be said to be comparitively less costlier than the AIMST University.

Applying to AIMST University different from applying to other Universities in Malaysia in several ways.Firstly, the institute admits the students based on the merit without interview. They are judged only on the basis of pre interview criteria. Morever,  AIMST University offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields such as medicine, engineering, business, and social sciences. The other universities also includes the interviews. Here the english proficiency exam accepted is only IELTS anfd TOEFL.

Yes it is possible to study at AIMST University wothout work experience. The university B. Tech programme generally requires mostly the academic transcripts, the work experiences is not that necessary for the admission process. The english proficiency test scores such as TOEFL and IELTS are mostly needed. English is widely spoken and all the master's programs are offered in the English language. It is highly affordable and has a modern and progressive multicultural student population on its campus.
